Yoga is a practice of coming home to yourself. It offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner landscape. Through gentle, mindful movement and awareness, yoga helps quieten the mind and soften the body, creating a sense of grounding and ease that supports your overall wellbeing.

My Approach

My approach to yoga is compassionate and accessible. The focus is not on flexibility or achieving perfect postures, but on cultivating presence and connection. Each session is an opportunity to rest more deeply in your body, supporting your nervous system to settle and your awareness to expand.

Yoga is also a powerful tool for embodiment. As you become more attuned to your body, you naturally develop a deeper understanding of what you need, whether that’s rest, nourishment, movement, or stillness. This awareness helps you tune into hunger and fullness cues, navigate your health with greater intuition, and foster a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

1-to-1 Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra

I offer 1-to-1 sessions online, tailored to your needs and experience. These sessions combine movement, breath, and stillness, helping you explore yoga in a way that nurtures both body and mind.

I also offer meditation and Yoga Nidra sessions, which are deeply restorative practices. These sessions guide you into conscious rest and awareness, helping to calm the nervous system and restore energy.

Workshops and Community
Alongside 1-to-1 sessions, I hold regular in-person workshops. These offer time and space to deepen your practice, explore posture, breath work, mantra, and meditation, and reconnect with yourself within a supportive environment. Each session supports you to reconnect with your ground of being and experience the quiet strength that comes from within. These workshops are designed to help you cultivate inner awareness and find a sense of calm, balance, and presence that you can carry into daily life.
