Empowered Eating Course
This 6-week course will guide you in how to re-connect to your body’s needs, so that you can make food choices that truly nourish your own individual biochemistry. Each session combines nutrition research with meditation and yoga nidra practices, so that you can access self-knowledge to find your own unique diet.
At the end of the course you’ll be able to confidently make food choices that align with your health goals and feel more energised and balanced. No more fad diets, restrictive eating or guessing games – instead you’ll be your own authority on what food your body needs, free of food confusion and more in harmony with yourself.
