Empowered Eating Course

This 6-week course will guide you in how to re-connect to your body’s needs, so that you can make food choices that truly nourish your own individual biochemistry. Each session combines nutrition research with meditation and yoga nidra practices, so that you can access self-knowledge to find your own unique diet.

At the end of the course you’ll be able to confidently make food choices that align with your health goals and feel more energised and balanced. No more fad diets, restrictive eating or guessing games – instead you’ll be your own authority on what food your body needs, free of food confusion and more in harmony with yourself.

  • Discover how diet frameworks can support or limit your health
  • We will explore the myths and science on eating breakfast
  • Learn a meditation practice to connect to and listen to your body before eating
  • Use yoga nidra as a tool to tune into your body intelligence and intuition

Learn how to drop mind hunger & cultivate self-compassion

  • Learn how to question your food beliefs
  • We will explore protein, carbohydrates and fats and which are most nourishing
  • Learn a meditation exercise to gently hold food thoughts in your awareness
  • Use yoga nidra as a tool for self-compassion 
  • Receive simple lunch and dinner recipes
