1-to-1 Nutrition Consultations
I offer personalised nutrition consultations for clients who want to take charge of their health and make meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is integrative, evidence-based, and empowering, combining nutritional science, functional medicine, and body-mind awareness to help you discover what truly supports your health and wellbeing.
Together, we look beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of imbalances. I’ll help you create a clear, realistic path to better health, which is tailored to your unique biochemistry, goals, and life.
Who I Support
I specialise in helping clients with:
- Persistent fatigue, including burnout, chronic or post-viral fatigue, with symptoms such as brain fog, anxiety, poor sleep, and sore throats
- Digestive problems, such as bloating, abdominal pain, changes in bowel habits, and increasing food sensitivities
- Hormonal imbalances, including PMS, PCOS, amenorrhea, menopause, and symptoms such as low energy, mood swings, bloating, and headaches
- Pregnancy and postnatal changes, including gestational diabetes, anaemia, fatigue, indigestion, anxiety, and sleep problems
- Disordered eating, including binge or emotional eating, restrictive eating, orthorexia, and confusion around food choices
- Ongoing health concerns, such as prediabetes, frequent infections, skin conditions, and managing diet changes before, during, or after GLP-1s
Each consultation is designed to help you reconnect with your body, understand your unique nutritional needs, and build a positive, sustainable relationship with food and yourself. Rather than imposing rigid rules, I guide and support you to make changes that are both effective and achievable, so that your health plan feels realistic, enjoyable, and aligned with your life.
What to Expect in Your Sessions
In our sessions, we’ll discuss your diet, lifestyle, and health history in depth. I meet you exactly where you are, taking into account your food preferences, current routines, and relationship with eating. Together we’ll explore how to tune into your body’s hunger and satiety cues, learning to listen and respond to your needs with compassion and confidence.
From there, I’ll provide individualised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, supported by the latest research and tailored to your unique circumstances. Where appropriate, I may suggest functional testing to give deeper insights into underlying imbalances, and recommend supplements as needed to complement your plan.
Discovery Call
A free, no-obligation call to discuss your health challenges and goals. This helps us see if we are the right fit and gives you the chance to ask any questions.
Health Questionnaire
Before your first appointment, you complete a detailed questionnaire about your medical history, lifestyle, and any GP blood test results. This helps me understand your background and ensures your consultation is fully personalised.
First Consultation
We explore your health story in depth, discuss potential root causes, and identify areas to support through diet, lifestyle changes and functional testing, if applicable.
Follow-Up Sessions
To review progress, refine your plan, and support ongoing change. Normally scheduled every four weeks, though some clients prefer every two weeks to check in and stay on track. I recommend committing to at least three sessions initially to see results, though many clients choose ongoing support to embed lasting habits.
