I recorded this yoga nidra practice for the international trauma super conference, hosted by Conscious Life, earlier this year. The practice is specifically designed with a trauma-informed approach, so that those with trauma and anxiety may benefit from the practice.  Throughout the session you have agency and freedom to choose what feels right for your body.

In this 25 minute session you will learn:

  • Different yoga nidra positions
  • How to softly tune into the senses
  • How to gently return to the present moment
